Our Team

  • Joshua Waters

    Co-founder

Joshua is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind SKYEFIT, a personal training studio in San Francisco. Since XXXX Joshua has steered the company to remarkable heights, embodying the spirit of innovation, leadership, and dedication. He’s combined a passion for health, fitness and inspiring youth. His advocacy is seen as founder and CEO for Dionysus Dash and Daiquiri Dash–a non-profit organizing nationwide 5k runs that raise funds for underserved youth.

He came up with Trailblazers after his son displayed a natural talent for robotics. Joshua sought guidance from clients and friends because his son struggled to access the tech industry. Once he successfully helped his son, Joshua was inspired to find more ways to expose people who lack resources and access to mentors and industry experts.

From the Sundance Film Festival to MTV Networks, Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, and iHeartRadio, Josh's portfolio shines with captivating designs.

As the mastermind behind the early days of iHeartRadio, Josh pioneered its launch, delivering over 100 live shows, compelling interviews, and music videos featuring icons like Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, and Lady Gaga.

Josh also left his mark in banking by collaborating on projects like the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card and Apple Pay launch with JPMorgan Chase & Co, where their work with Serena Williams earned a Cannes Lion. Billboard saw its creative resurgence under his leadership when he launched a groundbreaking streaming series.

As someone who was lucky enough to have a mentor (or two) in his formative years, Joshua’s story immediately resonated with Josh and inspired him to help tell this story to a wider audience so that others might have similar opportunities that Josh was gifted.

  • Dalia Martinez

    Co-founder

Dalia started as one of the few Pages of history. Her first big gig was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as an NBC Page. When she tired of Hollywood she fled to Europe and the East Coast to become a journalist. After a decade of covering the military, politics, and healthcare for media like Newsweek and NPR she switched to tech.

As a UX content designer and AI conversation designer she writes complex information into easy-to-read messaging in apps and websites. She’s also built content teams from scratch and oversaw end-to-end content design across various industries like banking, health and media. Her clients include Amazon, Apple and Meta.

A trailblazer herself, Dalia knows what it’s like to come up with limited resources. She’s passionate about storytelling and volunteering with underserved communities. She jumped at the chance to hammer out the hero’s journey for Trailblazers and is thrilled at the prospect of helping others have easier access to a career journey.
